Join our growing team! We're seeking reliable and committed Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations across all shifts. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and experience operating reach trucks, we want to hear from you!
Location:
Romeoville, IL Schedule : 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts + Required Overtime Pay rate: 1st- $16.50/hour
2nd- $17.25/hour
3rd- $18/hour Duties: Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring correct item, quantity, and location for outbound shipments. Pack and prepare products for shipping, including boxing, labeling, and palletizing according to company and customer specifications. Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing and report any issues to the supervisor or inventory control team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of the pre-employment process. Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs. Previous warehouse experience preferred, including use of RF scanners and familiarity with order picking and packing processes. Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
