The Nagler Group is excited to be partnering with a client of ours to hire 9 Customer Service Representatives for their Portsmouth, NH office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven organization with excellent benefits, a structured career path, and long-term stability.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls from policyholders with empathy, and accuracy
Educate callers, process transactions, and document all interactions in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Manage sensitive benefit and claims-related conversations
Work Schedule & Location
Training: 4 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm, 100% onsite in Portsmouth, NH
After training: Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite per week)
Hours: 40 hours/week within business hours of 8:00am–7:00pm (Mon–Fri). Shifts are scheduled two weeks in advance and may vary in length (6–8+ hours). Flexibility is key.
$17–$21/hour (Candidates with 2+ years of call center experience may qualify at the higher end of the range.)

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of high-volume call center experience OR 2+ years of related customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office-based)
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Reliability and flexibility to adjust to varying schedules
