Responsibilities: Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Assist with case management and preparation for litigation Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and others involved in the legal process Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, especially Spanish-speaking clients Perform legal administrative tasks as needed Required Experience: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Spanish speaking Admitted to practice law in California Excellent legal research and writing abilities Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
