Overview:
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a well-established and reputable manufacturing facility. These are full-time opportunities with overtime potential, excellent benefits, and strong long-term career growth. Candidates must be flexible to work
2nd or 3rd shift , including weekends as needed. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues by observing machines in operation, using precision measuring and testing instruments. Adjust functional parts of machines and control instruments using appropriate tools. Reduce downtime by advising production staff on preventive maintenance practices and ensuring compliance. Fabricate and repair parts utilizing shop equipment (lathes, milling machines, welding/brazing tools, etc.). Prepare maintenance reports by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established procedures, rules, and regulations. Read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot 110 VAC, 240/480 VAC 3-phase systems. Collaborate with team members to support smooth plant operations. Requirements: Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Ability to work

Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery. Experience operating welding/brazing equipment, lathes, milling machines, and other related equipment. Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders/scaffolds, and work in tight spaces. Strong hand-eye coordination, mobility, and dexterity for overhead and confined-area work. Ability to detect equipment malfunctions through visual and auditory cues. Strong communication and basic math skills to complete documentation and read manuals.
