The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the dedicated champion for a portfolio of key accounts. You are the central hub that connects the customer to the internal Sales, Prepress, and Manufacturing teams, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from concept to delivery. Your mission is to build lasting partnerships by transforming customer needs into perfectly executed packaging solutions. Your Impact & What Success Looks Like In this role, you will be empowered to: Own the End-to-End Client Project Lifecycle.

You'll masterfully manage customer orders from the initial purchase order to final shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery information. Become a Trusted Partner to Key Accounts.

You will build exceptional rapport, proactively communicate project milestones, and serve as the vital link between your clients and the internal production teams to ensure a world-class experience. Serve as a Proactive Problem-Solver.

You will take the lead on resolving customer inquiries with speed and precision, collaborating with Quality Assurance, Accounting, and Production to deliver swift and effective solutions. Contribute to a Culture of Excellence.

You'll actively identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance communication, and elevate the overall customer experience, making a direct impact on the team's success. What You Bring to the Table Experience:

2-5+ years in a customer service, account management, or project coordination role, preferably within a B2B manufacturing, printing, or industrial environment. Detail Obsession:
