A thriving Private Oral Surgery Practice , is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral Surgeon to join its thriving, referral-driven practice just 30 minutes outside of Pittsburgh. This is a rare $600K base, $1M+ first-year earning potential opportunity with a 12-month partnership track ideal for a surgeon who wants autonomy, growth, and ownership in a high-volume private practice.

- Schedule:
- Mon Thurs 7:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (AM surgeries, PM consults/implants).
- Fri 7:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m. (surgery only).
- Volume: patients per day; owner production exceeded $4M in past year.
- Base Salary: $600,000.
- Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.6M.
- Earning Potential: $1M+ in Year 1.
