- Advanced technology 2 CEREC Primescans with MCXL milling unit, Sirona 3D CBCT & Ceph, Itero scanner, Eaglesoft software, digital X-rays & records, and ADEC chairs.
- Team-oriented environment Collaborative staff of 2 dentists, 5 hygienists, 5 assistants, 4 front office, and a dedicated practice manager.
- Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, C&B, RPDs, endo, extractions, and other specialties as trained.
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm; no Saturdays. Shared call rotation.
- Patient Volume: patients/day + hygiene checks.
- Payor Mix: 70% insurance, 30% private pay.
- Earning Potential: $220,000+/year
- Daily guarantee of $1,200 or 35% of adjusted collections (whichever is higher)
- Provider pays 35% of lab fees (minimal)
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (installments at signing, 6 months, and 12 months)
