We are looking for a Construction

Operations Manager

to partner directly with our senior leadership team. This strategic role is critical to our continued success, focusing on optimizing internal processes and preparing the organization for scalable, sustainable growth. This position is the linchpin between on-the-ground project data and high-level business strategy, encompassing everything from operational efficiency and risk management to financial analysis and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement refined operational systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strategic initiatives. Oversee and report on project performance metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality control, for executive review. Conduct milestone trend analysis to ensure project timelines are accurate and consistent. Create and enforce standards for submitting and reviewing key project plans across all departments. Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce recurring drivers. Develop and execute long-range workforce plans and personnel projections. Manage vendor and subcontractor performance through structured oversight systems. Ensure all operational processes meet or exceed safety, regulatory, and compliance standards. Collaborate with leadership to proactively identify and mitigate project risks and recurring issues. Provide strategic support for continuous improvement initiatives and organizational scaling challenges.

Desired Qualifications

Progressive experience in construction operations or a similar project leadership role. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage scalable processes within a high-growth business. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities. Proficiency with enterprise-level construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
