Job Title: UAT Lead – Supply Chain (SAP)
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the implementation of a new warehouse for Microsoft’s silicon supply chain, with a primary focus on
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
for supply chain software solutions. The role will lead UAT efforts on
SAP
and related tools, ensuring successful onboarding, process validation, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute UAT for software implementations, including
SAP
and Excel-based tools. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align on UAT processes and requirements. Oversee onboarding, process mapping, and wrap-up activities related to UAT. Develop, document, and manage UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts. Ensure readiness of test environments and test data in coordination with stakeholders. Track UAT progress, report status/issues to program stakeholders, and coordinate defect resolution. Create execution plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth UAT activities. Provide knowledge transfer and deliverables to Microsoft upon project completion. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of relevant experience in
project management or testing roles
. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
for software implementations. 3–5 years of direct experience with
SAP
in operational or testing contexts. 3–5 years of advanced
Excel proficiency
(process mapping, reporting, analysis). Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
