Head of Client Success
Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 remote) Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits

global leader in outsourced communication solutions
to find a
Head of Client Success . This senior leadership role will shape the U.S. client experience strategy, drive retention, and lead a high-performing team.
What You'll Do: Build and execute a client success strategy that drives retention & growth Lead, mentor, and restructure the Client Success team Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops & Product to elevate the client journey Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities Track and improve key metrics (NPS, CSAT, CLTV, churn) The Ideal Candidate:
7+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or related leadership Proven record of driving retention, client satisfaction & revenue growth Strong experience with subscription/renewal-based business models Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.) Executive presence to engage and influence C-Suite leaders
