Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Supporting the team with marketing efforts and community outreach Develop prospective clients What you possess:

High school diploma (required); college degree (preferred) Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) must possess or acquire asap Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center). Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 1989. Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
