PRINT & DATA COORDINATOR
Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
SUMMARY:
This role needs a person with a strong willingness to learn to coordinate print production and client management. Primary responsibility is to proof the files that are sent to the mail room for production printing.
AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: MON - FRI 4 pm - 8 pm
PAY RATE: up to $20.00/hr depending on skills and experience
DUTIES Follow the requirements and intricacies of both digital (email, fax) and physical (inserting, folding, printing) mailing campaigns Create mail merges and work with PDFs that will be sent to print Manage emails in a clear, concise, and timely manner Meet quality standards and appropriately escalate project roadblocks Coordinate, organize, and track initial and recurring mailings Coordinate with internal and external vendors Assist with monthly billing activities and purchase orders for supplies and services Provide reports to internal and external clients Help determine the need to send a mailing or a portion of a mailing to various vendors Create requisitions for needed supplies and services Communicate with Clients daily by email, phone, or any means given. QUALIFICATIONS
Able to work onsite. This is not a remote position, nor will it become remote. Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in a high-volume clerical or mailroom role and a High School Diploma or equivalent education. 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat Intermediate Computer skills, including copying, moving, deleting, and renaming files Proven demonstrated ability to track complex details, work under a deadline, and maintain accuracy Proven demonstrated ability to follow regimented instructions in a fast-paced environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of publishing, print, or design industries. Familiarity with USPS standards and processes, mail merges, and/or production printing Experience with software such as Jira, SQL, Python, or JavaScript Experience handling confidential/sensitive company information, such as HIPAA or financial data
