The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture, and coordinating onboarding activities to set employees up for success.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent alignment. Oversee offer negotiation, pre-employment screening, and hiring compliance. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
Implement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organize events, recognition programs, and employee feedback initiatives. Support employee communication and foster a strong employer brand. Assist in retention strategies, including stay interviews and engagement surveys.
Onboarding & HR Coordination
Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new hires receive a seamless transition. Coordinate paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation programs. Assist in maintaining HR records, compliance documentation, and employee files. Support HR processes as needed Qualifications
Associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or employee engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards. Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
