integrative health and oral-systemic wellness . Our patients expect a high-touch, concierge experience — and we are looking for an
experienced Office Manager
to help us deliver it.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily front office operations with efficiency and attention to detail Manage patient scheduling, treatment plan coordination, and follow-up communication Provide a professional, welcoming first impression for all patients Handle billing, collections, and financial arrangements with transparency Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
dental or healthcare office management
(dental strongly preferred) Exceptional
organization, communication, and leadership
skills Comfort with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) A
concierge-level service mindset
— hospitality or private practice experience is a plus
