Manage production costs, travel, accommodation, and logistics for workforce crews.
Oversee fiber optic cable installation using blowing, splicing, and jointing techniques.
Ensure correct installation, labelling, and protection of fiber at all stages.
Prepare technical and economic feasibility studies.
Guarantee compliance with national and international safety and technical standards.
Perform end‑to‑end signal quality testing and operational verification.
Produce comprehensive documentation of designs, routes, connections, and test results.
Diagnose and resolve network incidents.
Deliver technical training to personnel.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets (vehicles, machinery, tools).
Professional Experience 5–10 years in fiber optic network deployment, with hands‑on expertise in: External and internal plant cable laying and ducting. Fiber and micro duct blowing. Splicing and link certification using OTDR and optical power meters. Minimum 2 years in team leadership and subcontractor management within telecommunications projects. Experience liaising with technical departments and clients to monitor and report on project progress.
