About the Role: The Development Project Execution Coordinator (aka “PEC”) supports a Tier 1 tech client. The mission of the program is to provide data center production capacity, anywhere in the world, in a timeframe that meets the Tier 1 tech client needs. In this role, you will provide both project management and administrative support across acquisitions, utilities and civil infrastructure programs. The responsibilities include broad support of various program teams that are involved in research, evaluation, and due diligence activities relating to property acquisition of proposed data center sites and related infrastructure.

Contract Administration Coordinate contract execution, including finalizing inbound services agreements and scopes of work, managing routing through e-signature processes, and uploading to internal databases. Ensure suppliers, vendors, and contractors are properly enrolled and registered in systems such as SAP Ariba/Embark, in collaboration with Beacon. Support in securing approvals, electronic or other signature authorization, and related record keeping Support in opening support tickets (internal system) to process payment issues, supplier issues, or related vendor payment issues

Develop and maintain internal contract spreadsheets and documentation. Project Coordination Manage portfolio goals and coordinate project activities across multiple initiatives. Schedule, coordinate, and attend project meetings; capture detailed minutes and follow up on key action items. Draft deliverables and materials for Project/Program Manager review. Facilitate timely communication between stakeholders and maintain project tools (e.g., QuickBase, Project Tracker, site workbooks, change control logs, risk registers). Draft SOWs and funding requests; support PO creation and routing of internal approvals. Records Management & Reporting Oversee document control processes, including receipt, review, approval, distribution, version control, and retention of project-related documentation. Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones, providing updates and reports to stakeholders. Required Experience 5–10 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or project development within commercial construction or real estate (non-residential). Experience in utilities, civil infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers). Proven background in cost and contract management. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace.
