Running GTM Programs for Marketing Cloud: Partner with Sales Operations and Distribution Leaders to support alignment programs. Coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Distribution Leaders, and partner liaisons on regular business rhythms that connect Marketing Cloud product strategy with GTM execution, supporting pipeline generation, ACV growth, customer retention, and product adoption. GTM Strategy & Execution: Execute data-driven GTM programs that assess evolving market and sales conditions, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to maintain alignment with distribution priorities. Develop scalable programs that deliver up-to-date sales plays reflecting current product strategy to position Marketing Cloud for growth. Support the creation and rollout of enablement strategies in partnership with Product Marketing. Partner with Solution Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Partners to ensure effective enablement on Marketing Cloud products and solutions. Sales & Partner Support Systems and Programs: Support and help resolve sales escalations in a timely manner, leveraging available tools and processes to scale solutions. Assist in developing scaled Solution Engineering (SE) demo and environment programs that support sales effectiveness and adoption of Marketing Cloud. Help optimize deal support processes for front-line sales staff and managers. Content & Program Development: Contribute to the development and delivery of roadmap enablement and distribution programs for internal teams and partners. Support execution of Transformation Plan Enablement programs that drive adoption of Marketing Cloud solutions. Collaborate with Adoption and Best Practices teams to build and maintain materials used for Trailhead and Certification programs. Experience
Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM), sales enablement, or related functions, ideally within cloud software. Track record of contributing to sales and partner programs that drive measurable growth. Experience partnering with sales teams (Account Executives, Solution Engineers) and channel partners. Skills
Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud technologies and the broader MarTech landscape. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to program execution. Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
