Defining optimal pricing strategies to maximally capture incremental willingness-to-pay and (re)align price-value relationships Setting and refining pricing models for new and existing products and services Designing and conducting customer and channel research to identify willingness-to-pay for value drivers that matter and establish optimal pricing strategies Collaborating closely with end-market expert teams on go-to-market strategy and broader commercial growth strategy Articulating pricing best practices for execution, including establishments of pricing and revenue management capabilities, change management, KPI establishment and tracking The Senior Manager role is central to our project team structure within the Pricing practice and firm more broadly. You will lead teams to define actionable recommendations that drive growth across the full spectrum of pricing excellence from strategy to execution and value communication. You will diagnose price-value misalignments, identify a client’s competitive pricing advantages, and quantify target markets’ willingness-to-pay that are synthesized into measurable P&L impacts to help our clients win. Senior Managers at L.E.K. manage a team of Associates and Consultants from the start and coordinate with other internal Centers of Excellence and sector experts to ensure we address client problems and deliver best-in-class answers. Responsibilities Typically Include

Instrumental in the growth and maturation of pricing best practices in tandem with integration with in-house sector specialists Break down and outline the client’s key strategic, operational, technology, experience, and organizational issues Execute and oversee critical analysis Design and supervise the team’s core tasks and analyses day-to-day Develop presentation and other deliverable structures Engage with external ecosystem partners to collaborate on a shared vision to achieve client success Provide guidance and support to client working teams Understand the critical issues affecting the client and communicate key insights and recommendations from the project team’s research and analysis Participate in communicating project conclusions to client senior management Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of proven experience (3+ years) focused on pricing – ideally in B2B in Industrials or TMT An advanced degree from a top-ranked school is preferred (MBA, PhD) Expertise in end-to-end range pricing and revenue optimization from research and analytics tools through execution Commercial experience leading new client accounts and managing multiple engagements; proposal development is a plus Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage at varying levels within a client’s organization Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client management Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Bright, conceptual, and quick learner with ability to generate actionable insights The base salary at the Senior Manager level is $250,000 (USD); L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits. International candidates will be considered. L.E.K. Consulting will assist as necessary in obtaining employment authorization, however we cannot guarantee work authorization.
