The Opportunity
We're seeking a
Field Superintendent
to lead job site operations for our high-end hospitality, resort, and multi-family projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety on some of Utah's most high-profile projects.
This is a full-time, on site position at our Park City and surrounding areas job sites. What You'll Do Lead daily site activities: safety, logistics, scheduling, inspections, and quality control. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce. Work with Project Managers through all phases, from pre-construction to completion. Manage resource use (materials, equipment, personnel) efficiently. Oversee documentation, reporting, and progress updates with stakeholders. Coordinate with city officials and inspectors to ensure full code compliance. Mentor team members and foster a strong, positive job site culture. What We're Looking For Experience:
5+ years in commercial, multi-family, or high-end residential construction; GC experience preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Procore,
Microsoft Project, and other industry-standard tools. Leadership:
Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors, set expectations, and deliver on schedule. Knowledge:
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, cost control, and building codes. Communication:
Clear, professional communicator with owners, architects, inspectors, subcontractors, and team members. Mindset:
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven. Physical Requirements This role involves navigating active jobsites, which may include: Lifting and carrying materials up to
25 pounds Climbing
stairs and ladders Walking or standing
for extended periods Navigating uneven terrain
