Our work spans strategic advisory, technical implementation, and innovation enablement across industries. As we enter a new phase of expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead our global marketing function and position us as a category-defining leader in AI consulting. Role Overview The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for architecting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand authority, market penetration, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will oversee a team of 20 marketing professionals across brand, content, digital, and field marketing, with a mandate to scale the team to 60 within 18 months. Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead a bold, differentiated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Own brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership across all channels Drive integrated campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate enterprise sales Build and mentor a high-performing marketing organization across multiple geographies Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align go-to-market efforts Oversee PR, analyst relations, and executive communications Implement data-driven marketing practices to measure performance and optimize ROI Represent marketing at the executive level and contribute to overall company strategy Qualifications

Minimum 20 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles Proven success scaling marketing teams and budgets in high-growth B2B environments Deep expertise in AI, emerging technologies, and enterprise buyer behavior Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and locations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually rigorous environment Compensation and Benefits
