to lead and expand our mechanical preconstruction division. This role combines
strategic leadership
with
technical expertise , requiring a leader who can set vision and scale operations while ensuring accuracy in estimating and budgeting for large commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for all preconstruction activities, oversee accurate and timely estimates, guide proposal development, collaborate across departments, and drive departmental growth while maintaining technical excellence. Manage and mentor a growing team of estimators and preconstruction staff Implement standardized processes Partner with business development to secure new opportunities Develop competitive proposals and build long-term client relationships Oversee multimillion-dollar pursuits Qualifications Strong background in mechanical systems—HVAC, plumbing, and piping; ability to manage multimillion-dollar pursuits, develop competitive proposals, and build long-term client relationships; experience leading estimators and preconstruction staff; ability to set vision and scale operations with a focus on accuracy in estimating and budgeting for large projects.
