Job Description: We are seeking a talented UX Designer with experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in user research, wireframing, and prototyping, while also collaborating closely with developers working in React/Redux . This role is fully onsite in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web applications. Collaborate with product managers and developers (React/Redux) to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience. Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency. Stay updated with modern UX trends and tools. Required Skills: 4+ years of UX design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing web and responsive application designs . Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD . Understanding of React/Redux workflows to align with front-end teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Basic hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript .
