Key Responsibilities Review engineering prints, bills of materials, and work instructions to accurately assemble components Follow established procedures to maintain quality and consistency throughout assembly Conduct detailed inspections of parts and assemblies to check tolerances and detect defects Use hand tools and fabrication equipment to assemble parts as required Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals Report any quality or process issues promptly to support continuous improvement Be flexible to work extended hours when necessary to meet production demands Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in precision assembly or manufacturing Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and technical instructions Basic computer skills and ability to use production tracking systems Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Fluent in English to participate in safety and training meetings Benefits at Geremarie: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options with top-tier carriers and employer contributions.
