Key Responsibilities Review engineering prints, bills of materials, and work instructions to assemble products accurately. Inspect parts for tolerances and quality using precision measuring instruments. Perform pre-assembly tasks such as cleaning and applying hydraulic fluid. Use manual and powered hand tools to construct final products. Determine product acceptance or rejection based on specifications. Communicate non-conforming product issues to the Supervisor. Follow work orders and execute tasks under supervision. Maintain quality standards by observing operations and adhering to QA procedures. Comply with the “Right to Me, Right from Me” directive and Quality Policy. Keep work area clean, safe, and organized. Stand and work with hands throughout the shift; lift components weighing 5–50 lbs. Qualifications

Strong mechanical and technical skills; repair or technical background preferred. Ability to read and speak English for safety and training purposes. High attention to detail and quality.
