Overview

Island Energy Services (IES) exists to make life better for everyone in Hawai‘i. We are proud to be a local company and a leader in the logistics and distribution of energy products through our network of six terminals and 58 (and growing) retail locations throughout Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Kauai and Hawaii islands. IES is the official licensee of the Texaco brand in Hawai‘i. At the heart of IES are our four core values: Kīnāʻole, Aloha, Lōkahi and Hoʻohana, embedded in how we work, live and achieve operational and financial excellence. IES’s goal is to operate a fleet and deliver products to our customers in an incident- and injury-free manner. The Fuel Delivery Truck Driver (FDTD) plays a vital role in our success and has the responsibility to work safely and prevent incidents by operating the commercial vehicles in a safe, professional manner. Operating a commercial motor vehicle on the public roadway is a privilege and acting in a professional manner as a representative of IES Downstream is required.

Under the supervision of the Fuel Delivery Truck Supervisor (FDTS), the Fuel Delivery Truck Driver (FDTD) is responsible for safe and reliable fuel truck loading, driving, and on-time delivery of product to our customers. The ideal candidate will maintain an excellent driving record, hold a valid Class A CDL, have at least 12 months of commercial driving experience, and be detail-oriented. The candidate should be reliable, a self-starter, and aligned with our value of Kīnāʻole — to do the right thing, in the right way, at the right time, in the right place, for the right reason, with the right intention, always.
