Overview
XLA is looking for someone to provide support for all FA systems (Acquisition, Purchase Card). Systems include DEA internal, other Governmental Systems and non-governmental systems, as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, Impact Assessment and DEA Implementation planning for external program and system development
- Develop and Deploy System Training
- Develop and Maintain System and Process documentation
- Develop and Maintain User documentation
- Hotline User Support
- Develop and Maintain System Metrics & Dashboard Reports
- Execute System Data Audits
- Release Management
- Test version releases and upgrades
- Execute system data pulls and data analysis/ data mining tasks and report
- System Development: [a] Develop system Requirements, [b] Project Management and [c] System Pilot and [d] Implementation
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Government Contracting, ideally in an Acquisition field
- Experience primarily in data visualization/data analytics and system administration; any helpdesk experience within the GovCon field is a plus
- Working knowledge in at least one of the following database systems: SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and/or SharePoint development
- Automate manual processes with applications including SQL, SharePoint (SP2016 and 2019), SharePoint Designer (2013), SharePoint 365 (and Power Automate) – to be implemented late FY25, UFMS (Momentum), MS Power BI
- Comfortable with Technology; strong communication skills (oral and written); ability to plan and execute work independently
- Team player, well organized, self-motivated, curious, hungry and quick learner
- Good analytical skills; ability to work with contracting, financial management and relocation staff; resolving issues and developing resolution recommendations
- Proficient in at least one of the following: UFMS application, Momentum software or similar contract/financial management system; broad technical skills (SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, .Net)
