What You Will Be Doing:

  • Works cross-functionally to lead the successful development of multiple highly complex campaigns and projects across audiences for a given business area(s) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develops and leads holistic, multi-faceted project plans by collaborating with strategic partners, and incorporates the chosen project management methodology, technology, and tools.
  • Anticipates, identifies, executes solutions to manage project issues and risks by tracking, assigning ownership, following up, and understanding and sharing impact on deliverables, cost, resources and schedule with project and account teams, strategic partners, and business area(s).
  • Provides timely communication of project status, and key milestones to keep project and account teams, strategic partners, business area(s) and senior leadership informed, and to drive timely decisions.
  • Uses project management technologies and tools such as scopes of work and resource estimates to create project and resource plans, and performs analysis to ensure resource allocation efficiency, project deadlines are met and delivered within budget.
  • Leads securing all legal, compliance and branding approvals and ensures record retention procedures are followed.
  • Grows strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project/account teams, business partners and leadership both inside and outside the firm.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing project management experience
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with budget management and resource planning
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance and legal approval processes
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles
  • Experience with vendor and agency management
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with creative production workflows
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in marketing communications

Pay:$46.20 -$66.00/hr.
