Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Designsensory, you’ll bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality design across branding, digital, social, and print. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, strategists, and developers to craft work that connects with audiences and strengthens brands. This role is hands-on—you’ll be designing daily, balancing creativity with precision, and contributing fresh perspectives to team brainstorms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Create compelling visuals for branding, campaigns, digital experiences, social content, and print collateral.
- Collaboration: Work alongside art directors, writers, and developers to deliver cohesive, multi-platform work.
- Production Support: Prepare files for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and technical excellence.
- Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to push design forward.
- Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorms and concept development, contributing new ideas and perspectives.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Growth Mindset: Stay current on design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep work relevant and inspired.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across digital, social, and print; campaign work is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency with Figma is a must.
- Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital design best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Motion, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus, but not required.
