ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

• Maintain food safety standards, execute food and beverage processes, and support promotional activities.
• Support the Drive Up process for digital orders and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
• Follow all routines, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Engage with guests authentically, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
• Complete all required training and demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support other guest services and perform duties based on business needs.

Candidate Qualities and Skills

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming attitude, good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to handle ladders, move merchandise, and work in varying temperatures.
• Flexible schedule, reliable attendance, and ability to handle allergens and temperature variations.
