Job Description

• Conduct requirements gathering with customer
• Perform product demonstration
• Prepare requirements and design specification
• Support Project Manager in liaising with technical team to communicate project/product requirements for setup and development
• Prepare test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Support during go-live and conduct training

Requirement

• Highly motivated, open-minded, analytical, able to work independently and willing to go the extra mile
• Keen interest in learning new technology, knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools solutions would be advantageous
• Experience in converting functional requirements, writing technical design documentation and are able to convert requirement to the configuration in the solution.
• From Information Technology related discipline and experience with SQL / Oracle, able to create queries
• Basic programming knowledge
