Maintain an organized and efficient tool room, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly. Track inventory levels and assist in ordering new tools and supplies as needed. Inspect tools for damage and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Assist team members in locating and checking out tools for various projects. Keep accurate records of tool usage and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Provide support in training new employees on tool handling and safety procedures. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Previous experience in a tool room or similar environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a workshop setting. Salary info: $14 - $17 / hr
