Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for driving business performance. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders within the automotive industry and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans. Responsibilities include data analysis, process transformation, change management, and testing to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and interpreting data using Qlik and Tekion to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
• Leading business transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve sales performance, and drive business growth.
• Managing change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Utilizing Paylocity for payroll and human capital management tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Gathering and interpreting business requirements, translating them into actionable strategies and plans.
• Developing and tracking KPI metrics to measure the success of business strategies, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and external clients, to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience with Qlik, Tekion, Paylocity, and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated expertise in business transformation and change management.
• Strong skills in gathering and interpreting business requirements.
• Experience in tracking KPI metrics to confirm cost reduction and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Required day travel up to 25% of the time.
