12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psych Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting and will be committed to providing high-quality care to young patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to children and adolescents in a psychiatric setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and management of challenging behaviors.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar psychiatric nursing setting.
  • Active Virginia or Compact RN License at the time of submission.
  • BLS and CPI certifications are required.
  • Experience with Cerner and charge responsibilities is mandatory.
  • Prior travel experience is required.
