Responsibilities Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy practice.

Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive professional growth.

Utilize data and metrics to track performance and improve service delivery.

Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Engage in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.

Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy.

Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients and team members.

Experience/Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.

Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.

Proficiency in using data to track performance and improve service delivery.

Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.

Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.

Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards in therapy practice.

Experience in community outreach and promoting therapy services.
