- Manage employee records and maintain HRIS databases for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Participate in performance management processes by assisting with employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate on training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support change management efforts by communicating updates and facilitating transitions within the organization.
- Assist with compliance related to FMLA, OSHA, affirmative action planning, and other employment laws.
- Help manage workforce planning activities to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing data collection support for HR metrics and analytics.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Familiarity with ADP software
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience in conflict management and resolution strategies within a workplace setting.
- Knowledge of workforce management practices and organization design principles is a plus.
