Key Responsibilities As an ADON at The Sharon at SouthPark, you will: Support the Director of Nursing in the management of nursing services across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating nursing staff. Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations and policies. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Lead and participate in quality assurance, infection control, and risk management initiatives. Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee documentation and electronic health record (EHR) compliance (PointClickCare experience preferred). Step into the DON role when needed to maintain continuity of leadership. Qualifications Current, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a

supervisory/leadership

role; long-term care or CCRC experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in Memory Support preferred. Familiarity with PointClickCare EHR and MDS is a plus. Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
