Join our client’s manufacturing team as a
Material Handler
in
Triad
Area . In this role, you’ll be responsible for transporting materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all handling operations.
Responsibilities
Receive, distribute, and store products in secure designated areas Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Inspect shipments for quality and accuracy; verify accompanying documentation Transport and load materials, supplies, and finished goods (manual handling or using hand trucks/skids) Operate forklifts (10,000 lb. capacity or greater) to safely move heavy/oversized frames and products Load/unload trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves while securing loads to prevent damage Follow safety procedures and conduct daily equipment checks Dispose of scrap materials to maintain a safe and clean work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely material delivery Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required Minimum of
3
years
forklift experience
with 10,000 lb.+ lifting capacity Excellent verbal communication skills Blueprint reading preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to lift up to
50
lbs
and stand for prolonged periods Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels (90+ decibels) Benefits & Perks
