About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing day-to-day service needs, and supporting our producers to ensure clients receive top-tier service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Manage a designated book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional client service. Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and certificates of insurance. Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business, including marketing and quoting. Respond promptly to client inquiries, problem-solve coverage issues, and provide guidance on insurance programs. Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency management system. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in
commercial lines account management
or a related role. Active
Property & Casualty license
required. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages (GL, WC, Auto, Property, Umbrella, etc.). Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar). Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
