JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania license required; IMLC accepted
• Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 2 years preferred
• Other Qualifications: Ability to work with interdisciplinary oncology care team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology/oncology care
• Manage patients daily in outpatient clinic
• Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with hospital teams
• Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, navigators, and pharmacy
• Participate in scheduled clinic and hospital duties Monday Friday, 8a 4:30p
• Share in call rotation as assigned, including inpatient coverage and callbacks
