We are actively seeking a Pediatric-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic and collaborative pediatric team in Hartford, CT. This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and adolescents in a supportive outpatient setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients (0 18 years)

  • Conduct well-child exams, growth/developmental screenings, and immunizations

  • Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and chronic conditions

  • Educate families on child health, nutrition, and preventive care

  • Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and ancillary staff

  • Document all patient interactions using EMR (e.g., Epic, Athena, etc.)


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

  • Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC/PNP-AC) or PA with pediatric experience

  • Active and unrestricted license in Connecticut

  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)

  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred

  • BLS certification required; PALS a plus

  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
