- Monday through Friday flexible schedule between 8am - 5:30pm with 36 hours weekly
- 15 - 18 patient encounters per day 2 - 3 average patients seen
- Outpatient clinic setting with hospital consult coverage
- Team-based care with nurse practitioners rounding on patients
- Call rotation Q4 to Q5 weeks with 30-minute response time
- 70% oncology and 30% hematology patient mix
- Outpatient focused practice with consultant role
- 5 - 6 phone consults weekly
