Responsibilities and Duties
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic healthcare issues.
  • Manage overall patient care in a correctional environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to plan and coordinate treatment.
  • Utilize clinical skills to make critical decisions regarding patient health.

Additional Information
  • Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Board Certifications: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
  • Correctional experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must possess a California physician assistant license.
