Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Qualified Professional QP
to oversee and coordinate services for residents in our Level II Residential Treatment Staff Secure for Children or Adolescents. The QP will supervise staff, ensure compliance with state and Medicaid standards, develop and monitor Person-Centered Plans, and support residents in achieving independence and community integration.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily services delivery to ensure compliance with NC DHHS and Medicaid requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor Person-Centered Plans. Supervise and support direct care staff
Paraprofessionals/Associate
Professionals. Ensure accurate and timely documentation progress notes, reviews, incident reports. Collaborate with families, guardians, and community providers. Provide crisis intervention and participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications Must meet NC DHHS requirements for
Qualified Professional
in MH/IDD/SA. Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 2+ years of post -degree experience
OR
Master's degree with 1+ year of experience. Knowledge of 10A NCAC 27.G.1700 standards and Medicaid service definitions preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
