P&C Essential Functions • Must maintain strict confidentiality in terms of employee information; salary, medical events, and disciplinary processes. • Work closely with Hotel Manager on property initiatives. • Serve as on property Workday champion, troubleshooting team issues as they arise. • Work with P&C Coordinator to maintain employee boards and areas. • Main point of contact for coaching & counseling and other disciplinary conversations up to a management level. Will escalate to Regional Director if needed. • Responsible for recruiting hourly employees, entry level, andmid levelmanagement. Utilize P&C Coordinator as needed. • Run weekly recruitment meetings • Manage community service and volunteer initiatives. • Assist RDPC in managing headcounts, ensuring that they are in line with agreed departmental headcount budgets. • Plan monthly meetings and quarterly outings. • Serves as benefits administrator, ensuring all enrollments are processed correctly and efficiently. • Handle workers compensation claims process. • Manage all weekly reporting • Conduct 30 day stay interviews • Hold monthly 121’s with department heads and junior leaders • Represent P&C in all monthly Strategic Action Plan, and other departmental calls • Other duties as assigned by RDPC Salary Range: $75-85k At Lyle Washington DC we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
