We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
HR Administrative Assistant
for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pasadena. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is interested in supporting HR functions and contributing to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and update HR databases Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and new hire packets Help coordinate company events, trainings, and meetings Support benefits enrollment and employee inquiries Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR data and documents Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus Associate's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred Additional Information: This is a
