In this strategic role, you’ll lead efforts to drive growth across our AI-powered, end-to-end ecosystem. By leveraging deep customer insights, championing innovative product strategies, and exploring new channel and business model opportunities, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our business. This is a unique opportunity to craft and execute a durable customer growth roadmap, unlocking new possibilities and accelerating the expansion of our customer base.What you'll bring12+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, growth, or a related field.Proven track record of success in launching and scaling new products or business models.Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies for B2B and/or B2C SaaS products.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and validate strategic decisions.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization.Creative and resourceful problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity and is comfortable building something from the ground up.How you will leadIdentify and Validate Growth Opportunities: Uncover and evaluate new markets, channels, and audience segments through rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer engagement. Translate insights into strategic product and marketing recommendations that shape our roadmap.Lead High-Impact Growth Initiatives: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Channel Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to design and launch innovative product lines and business models that drive customer acquisition and unlock new opportunities for growth.Shape Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging that highlights the unique value of our products, ensuring resonance with target audiences and alignment with key business objectives.Drive Data-Informed Decision Making: Define success metrics, track performance, and analyze key data points to uncover actionable insights.
