Primary Function
A marketing team at our global tech client is seeking a Marketing Program Manager. The role will play a key role in executing regional marketing initiatives, managing event logistics, supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign and event execution. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across global marketing, product, partner, and vendor teams.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
RANGE: $130,000 - $150,000
Duties & Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute field marketing programs for tradeshows and conferences
Own and update Cvent tool for key tradeshow activities and post-event reviews
Support relationships with event vendors
Ensure timely shipment arrivals and registrations for field events with vendors and partners
Manage budget alignment for assigned event activities
Host post-event reviews with key stakeholders
Support key initiatives such as webinar deliverables and partner-led programs
Track, analyze and consolidate key marketing metrics. Communicate results and recommend optimization based on analyses.
Co-develop and manage GTM strategy and launch execution plan for key products for Q1 2026
Develop and lead projects across multiple stakeholders
Manage the planning, development and distribution of content development efforts for named campaigns, including content for .com and social media
Work with vendors on media investment and manage launch plans
Coordinate trainings, dinners and roadshow activities for the internal teams
Track and report on project results
Build productive working relationships with key internal corporate partners
Work in the most proactive and professional manner to provide the highest level of service
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environment
Performs well under and stays calm under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and an appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including team personnel, clients and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships
Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder planning processes, working in cross-team programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solver and a team player
Customer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills
Ability to switch from one project to another quickly and effectively; ability to quickly prioritize and reorganize events, projects and resources
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is desired
5+ years’ experience either in marketing, program or project management
Experience working with partners, vendors and agencies
Technology marketing and GTM strategy experience preferred
Cvent experience
