We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling various clerical tasks, managing front desk operations, and assisting with customer service inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will also play a key role in maintaining a professional environment and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist in managing phone systems and routing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide assistance to clients in a professional manner.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Support dental receptionist duties by scheduling appointments and managing patient records when required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multi-line phones effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Brokermint is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Location: Midlothian, TX 76065; Relocate before starting work (Required)
