What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help ensure smooth and efficient operations in support of our global mission. Responsibilities include:
Front Desk Reception – Greet visitors and manage phone/email inquiries with grace and professionalism
Data Entry & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, including donor and sponsorship data
Financial Processing – Process donations via credit cards and electronic transfers
Mailings & Supplies – Coordinate bulk mailings, order supplies, and make regular trips to the post office, bank, or stores
Communication Support – Manage Constant Contact email communications and assist with social media
Database Management – Create and update spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets
Sponsorship Program – Oversee donor and child sponsor coordination
Giving Software – Manage and maintain donor giving platforms

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of prior office or administrative experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with numbers and handling financial data
Tech-savvy and proficient with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Google Suite
Experience with:
Giving/donor software
Constant Contact
Social media platforms (a plus)
Able to manage multiple projects independently
Valid California driver’s license and excellent driving record
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
