• Collaborate with team members to support decision briefs and survey reporting
• Ensure individual project metrics roll up into reliable portfolio-level views

What is Required (Qualifications):

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong skills in data preparation, validation, and visualization
• Ability to explain findings in concise reports, visuals, and presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with VA data systems
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• Understanding of healthcare or program evaluation metrics
• Exposure to survey analysis and KPI dashboarding
